Simple
to use
|
Merops multicolor takes
advantage of an operating system’s or application’s colour-handling
capabilities to present complex XML tagging structures in an immediately
intuitive way. It is a particularly powerful solution where a series of
different elements are found close together. References are an obvious
example:

unions and training practices in British workplaces. Industrial and Labor Relations Review. 52 (2), 179–193.

User-defined
|
As can be seen from the above example, elements can be
shown with either words or backgrounds in colour. Merops multicolor
has a mapping interface that gives database administrators or users the
option to create and save their own colour schemes to suit their editing
needs.
Merops multicolor also
has a menu of predefined maps from which a selection can be made.
